Withdrawal of Manuscripts

Authors are not allowed to withdraw submitted manuscripts because the withdrawals are a waste of valuable resources. Editors and referees spent a great deal of time processing submitted manuscripts and invested money and time.

If authors still request withdrawal of their manuscripts when the manuscripts are still in the peer-reviewing process, they will be punished by paying USD 10.00 per manuscript as a withdrawal penalty to the publisher. However, it is unethical to withdraw a submitted manuscript from one journal if another journal accepts it.

If the author withdraws manuscripts after they are accepted for publication, they will be punished by paying USD 50.00 per manuscript. Withdrawal of manuscripts is only allowed after the withdrawal penalty has been fully paid to the publisher.
